Managing stress is tough for anyone, but even more difficult when you are also managing a chronic illness. In episode 7, Misti and Amber discuss ways to manage stress because stress can be a trigger to a health flare up.

  • Check for vitamin deficiencies
  • Eliminate processed foods and environmental toxins
  • Volunteer
  • Find a hobby
  • Create a calendar or notes
  • Journal
  • Get a pet
  • Talk to a therapist
  • Find a support group
  • Learn to say no
  • Make you health a priority
